Based upon our 13 years' experience, we gladly ship to Australia, Austria, Belguim, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britian, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. This list may change at any time at our discretion due to an increase in insurance claims and fraudulent credit card transactions or changes in USA and other country's trade restrictions or import practices.
Our credit card agreements for international orders ONLY permit us to SHIP TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS. If you place an international order on-line with a different non-USA "ship to" address, our system will automatically make the "ship to" address match the "bill to" address when we process it, without further notification from us.
Orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail or Air Parcel Post depending on weight - the cheapest and most reliable way to ship your order in a timely manner!
Although your order confirmation will indicate no shipping charges, your shipping charges are calculated after our warehouse packs and weighs your order, usually within 48 hours of receiving your order. At that time, we will email you your shipping charges and ask for your approval to go ahead and ship your order. If we do not hear back from you, we will send a second notice. If we do not receive a reply to our second notice, we will assume that you do not approve the shipping charges and will CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
Shipping charges depend on weight, destination and merchandise total for insurance charges. We add a US$5 handling fee to complete required import documents. To give you an idea of costs, a 2 pound package with the insured value of US$50 costs US$18.00 to Canada; US$23.00 to the UK and Japan. Please keep this in mind when you order one item with a low price point -- the shipping fees may be more than the item costs!
Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected upon delivery. We send all of our packages out as "gifts" so that you receive the maximum duty free exemption possible.
Since it’s not cost effective to ship a partial shipment, we will wait for a temporarily out-of-stock item to arrive in the warehouse before we ship your order.
Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE in the event order is refused for ANY reason when international delivery attempted. If an order is refused for any reason, merchandise price only will be refunded to credit card holder when merchandise is received back in our warehouse. Refused orders subject to 20% restocking fee.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery; it usually takes 1-2 days to clear customs.
If you beg and plead, we still will not ship to the following countries due to high fraud histories: Belarus, Columbia, Egypt, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Romania, Russia, Indonesia and Taiwan. If you insist, we still will not ship to the following areas with unreliable postal service: Latin America, South America, Africa including the Middle East, Israel, Italy, and Greece.
