HASSLE-FREE RETURNS AND FREE EXCHANGES No matter when you purchase your gifts, you can exchange them or return them at any time - there's no time limit.
To exchange or return an item, package it securely in its original packaging, unwashed and unworn in resalable condition with original warranty info, package inserts, etc. , and enclose a note with your name, address, and phone number or alternatively a copy of the invoice and a note detailing what action you’d like us to take once the return is received in our warehouse. If there is any payment due as a result of the difference between the items, say you need an XXL size instead of that M size, please enclose the additional fee with your exchange order.

Sorry, due to our low price points we’re unable to accept “return postage due” items, COD’s, issue call tags or pay for return postage. Also returns are not accepted on opened software or videos due to copyright laws. Due to their unique nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted on personalized items; we'll be happy to replace them if we've made an error in personalizing your order. For exchanges, there are no additional shipping charges to you for us to ship your exchange once we receive the item you'd like to exchange at our warehouse.
For returns, we will credit you back in the same manner the purchase was made. If you paid by credit card, we will credited your credit card account -- please note it takes up to a week for the credit to work its way through the banking system and show on your statement. If you paid by check, our accounting department will process the refund within two weeks. If you purchased your item through Amazon, we will let them know of the return and they will credit your account. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable unless we made the error.
If your package arrives damaged, please save the original packaging and call us Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM PST only at 800-373-6353 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for replacement and to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
If your item is damaged or doesn't work and there is a manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer listed on the package insert for replacement or warranty work as to not void your warranty. One of the deciding factors we use in choosing our manufacturers is that they take care of our customers; please let us know if they need more information from us to do your warranty work ie. a copy of the invoice.

ComputerGear has the right to charge a small restocking fee in the event of a return not in resaleable condition or a product abuse or misuse. Contact us if you have questions.
Custom items are not returnable. Please call in advance for an RMA in the event multiples of non-custom products need to be returned. A 20% restocking fee applies for returns of multiples. Returned items will ONLY be accepted with an RMA number listed on the lead carton and MUST be in original condition with instructions, warranty and original packaging intact.
