- How do I determine sizes on your products?
- How do you ship and what are your shipping rates? We ship using USPS and UPS.
- Do you ship to PO Boxes, military, AK, HI, and USA territories? Yes, these orders must ship USPS. We will contact you if there's any additional shipping fees than posted due to the weight of your package. Don't forget military addresses are subject to clearing customs and other delivery restrictions.
- What are your return and exchange policies? It's easy, just follow the instructions on the back of the invoice.
- When will my order ship? Most orders ship 1-2 days from WA state. Orders are held for checks to clear and credit card authorization. Please take this into consideration during peak holiday seasons.
- Do you have RUSH shipping? RUSH shipping (2-4 day delivery) available for lower-48 USA deliveries of most *in-stock items on credit card purchases placed before 12:00 noon PST. Back ordered items ship when available via STANDARD shipping.
- Do you have a holiday delivery schedule? Order by noon 12/18 with STANDARD shipping and noon 12/20 with RUSH shipping for Christmas delivery.

- Can I use a coupon? - How do I track my order? At the end of our shipping day, we will email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Just click on the link to track shipping progress.
- My order/back order has not arrived? To expedite your merchandise to you as soon as possible, we may ship partial orders unless otherwise specified. Back ordered items ship when available (usually within 1 week) via Standard shipping. Sometimes the back order will arrive before the rest of your order. - My order shows delivered but I don't have it? Please check around mailbox, front steps, mudroom, garage door, side door, inside front gate, etc. (how do you think we got this list!) with everyone in the household who may pick up the mail/packages including house guests, husbands and teenagers (they're the worst for stashing stuff!) - An item is missing from your order? To expedite your merchandise to you as soon as possible, we may ship partial orders unless otherwise specified. Sometimes the back order will arrive before the rest of your order; if the order number ends with a "B" you received your back order first. You do not pay an additional shipping fee when your back order is shipped. - Item doesn't work? If there is a manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer listed on the package insert for replacement or warranty work as to not void your warranty. - Do you send an invoice with a gift order? No only a packing list ships with a gift order.
- Can you send a gift message? Yes for a free gift message, note your message in the comment section of your order.

- What is your guarantee? Satisfaction Guaranteed -- If you are not completely satisfied with your ComputerGear purchase, return it to us and we will gladly exchange it or refund your money, less shipping charges -- whatever you prefer.
- Will you match another store's price? We will match any competitor's non-clearance price upon the time of your purchase of in-stock merchandise. Just mention the competitor, the item link and their price when ordering on-line in the comment section or to the Customer Care associate when ordering by phone and we will adjust the price, after verification when we process your order. Price must be regular sale price and item must be in-stock -- no discontinued items, clearance items, special purchase items or auction items -- and verifiable on-line. UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE CATALOG REMOVAL REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE. Please note due to catalog production time lines, it takes 4-6 weeks to be removed from our mailing list. You may receive one more catalog after you have requested to be removed from our mailing list but be assured, it will be the last catalog you receive.
