  • We ship to some freight forwarders with USA addresses, Australia, Austria, Belguim, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britian, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. This list may change at any time at our discretion.

  • We only to SHIP TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS. If you place an international order online with a different non-USA "ship to" address, our system will automatically make the "ship to" address match the "bill to" address when we process it, without further notification from us.

  • Orders are shipped via post - the cheapest and most reliable way to ship your order in a timely manner!

  • Although your order confirmation will indicate an amount for shipping charges, this is an ESTIMATE. Your final shipping charges are calculated after our warehouse packs and weighs your order, usually within 48 hours of receiving your order. At that time, we will email you if the shipping charges on your order do not cover your actual shipping charges and ask for your approval to go ahead and ship your order. If we do not hear back from you, we will assume that you do not approve the additional shipping charges and will CANCEL YOUR ORDER without further notice.

  • Shipping charges depend on weight, destination and merchandise total for insurance charges. We add a US$5 handling fee to complete required import documents. Please keep this in mind when you order one item with a low price point -- the shipping fees can and may be more than the item costs!

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected upon delivery.

  • Since itís not cost effective to ship a partial shipment, we will wait for a temporarily out-of-stock item to arrive in the warehouse before we ship your order.

  • Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE in the event order is refused for ANY reason when international delivery attempted. If an order is refused for any reason, merchandise price only will be refunded to credit card holder when merchandise is received back in our warehouse. Refused orders subject to 20% restocking fee and any return shipping fees if incurred.

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery; it usually takes 1-2 days to clear customs.

  • We do not ship to the following countries and areas: Belarus, Columbia, Egypt, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Romania, Russia, Indonesia and Taiwan, Latin America, South America, Africa including the Middle East, Israel, Italy, Greece and sometimes Spain.
