- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards, PayPal (online only), checks and money orders (US$, mail orders only). Orders held until checks clear and credit cards approved.
- Easy online ordering with a catalog: put item number or product name in search box and click go button. Pull down size if applicable and quantity and click add to cart button. When done selecting items, click "Checkout" button. Fill in requested information and click "Finish. Watch for your almost immediate email order confirmation. If you did not get an order confirmation, you did not place your order!
- Need to change/cancel an order? Since most of our orders ship same day, you can usually change/cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. Please email first email@example.com or call 800-373-6353. Once you order has been processed, we are unable to change/edit/cancel your order.
- At the end of our shipping day, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for tracking your package.
- We may ship partial orders. Back ordered items ship when available (usually within 1 week) via Standard shipping. You will not pay an additional shipping fee when your back order is shipped.
- Order shows delivered but I don't have it? Please check around mailbox, front steps, mudroom, garage door, side door, inside front gate, etc. (how do you think we got this list!) with everyone in the household who may pick up the mail/packages including house guests, husbands and teenagers (they're the worst for stashing stuff!) - Package arrived damaged? Please save the original packaging and call us Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM PST only at 888-360-GEAR or email firstname.lastname@example.org for replacement and to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
- Item doesn't work? If there is a manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer listed on the package insert for replacement or warranty work as to not void your warranty. If item is not warranteed, please contact us.
- Will you match another store's price? We will match any competitor's non-clearance price upon the time of your purchase of in-stock merchandise. Just mention the competitor, the item link and their price when ordering on-line in the comment section or to the Customer Care associate when ordering by phone and we will adjust the price, after verification when we process your order.
